Membership fees for Full Members are related to the turnover of the business and may be paid annually by invoice or standing order or monthly starting at £24/month for businesses with turnover less than £2 million, and going up in stages and capped at £116/month for businesses of £15 million turnover and more. Full Members that have a retail facility and sell products or services to end users (either consumers or business users) should also conform to the PC Association Code of Practice.There is no limit to the number of contacts within the company that a Full Member may have and all are eligible to receive copies of the newsletter and attend meetings at preferential rates and obtain the full benefits of membership.

Confidence Assured membership is an entry level for the end-user facing smaller business that recognises the advantages of belonging to their national trade organisation and in formally agreeing to abide by the Code of Practice are demonstrating to their customers that they are a responsible business. Confidence Assured members are listed on the website and the cost of membership is £50 annually per retail outlet. Membership includes a monthly email newsletter, window stickers and certificates and most importantly of all a logo to display on a website and stationery.

You can join the Association now by completing the application form and making a secure payment using your credit card. Please complete all the details accurately as required. Our Individual Memberships costs £49 for a whole year. Such members are typically people who are employed in the IT sector or consultants or individual service providers. There are three types of Individual Members:

Fellows-individuals who have 10 year customer-facing experience in the IT industry, or have a 5 year record AND a recognised ICT qualification.

Associates-individuals who can demonstrate 5 years experience in customer facing and/or management roles in the ICT (Information & Communication Technology) industry, or a three year record AND who possess a recognised ICT qualification.

Members-anyone involved in the industry/marketplace, or anyone who wishes to work in the industry and who possesses a recognised ICT qualification.

Individual Members may not use the PCA Logo in their marketing, however Associates and Fellows and members may use Fellow - PC Association (F.PCA) Associate - PC Association (A.PCA) or Member - PC Association (M.PCA)  in their personal communications, such as business cards and correspondence. Individual members will receive all general by e-mail.
