So here you'll find the Code (and an on-line complaint facility), as well as some buying guidance, some legal as well as general advice about what to do if things go wrong, and a list of UK computer and component sellers and you'll find it easy to identify those that are PCA members - who agree to conform to the Code of Practice and be monitored by the Association |
