 Technical Support Person

Synaxon UK Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Technical Support Person  
Reporting directly to the Managing Director UK the role will be to manage and support all internal systems including the UK Wiki portal and UK website including the company ‘e’ communication tools. The role will also include technical support of both partner members and suppliers in the use of EGIS.
Key Objectives:
• Implement and manage a small office network for Synaxon UK Ltd.
• Manage support and recommend possible further develop of the UK website, UK Wiki and  EGIS UK.
• Manage the company IT helpdesk including first-level support for all Synaxon IT products for both member partners and suppliers.
• Deliver, install and support EGIS integration to partner members Sage solutions as and when required.
• Liaise with the parent company IT department on all technical IT issues relating to the UK office.

The Candidate:

Due to the multifaceted nature of this position the successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in one or more of the key sectors – Web site and HTML usage, Wiki programming and development, database driven e-procurement tools (EGIS), technical support desk operations – with some knowledge or experience of other essential areas. Proven experience in one or more of the key sectors is more important than technical qualifications.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to be flexible in a small hands-on environment are essential assets for this role.

Office Manager / PA

Synaxon UK Ltd currently has a vacancy for an Office Manager / PA 
Reporting directly to the Managing Director UK the role will be to manage all aspects of a small busy office environment and assist the Managing Director in the further development of the business.

Key Objectives: 
• Develop effective internal office systems including control and filing of supplier and member contracts.
• Ensure all invoices / statements are raised timely and accurately. 
• Manage all aspects of sales ledger and debt recovery. 
• Manage all administration aspects of external dealer & supplier meetings, including communications and bookings.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience and a proven track record in all key aspects of office administration. They will possess excellent communication skills and must be completely flexible. A high level of literacy with a strong IT skill set in Microsoft Office and Sage accounts are essential. A background in sales and/or marketing environment is preferred.

IT Channel Manager UK

Synaxon UK Ltd currently has a vacancy for an IT Channel Manager UK
Reporting directly to the Managing Director UK the role will be to manage all aspects of dealer partner service, recruit new members and manage supplier and manufacturer relationships from within the UK IT channel.
Key Objectives:
• Develop and implement a sustainable dealer partner recruitment strategy 
• Ensure best IT channel trading and purchasing terms for partner members
• Deliver supplier and member income inline with company budgets
• Develop systems that maximise dealer partner support for Synaxon UK’s various marketing offerings and the EGIS solution
• Assistance with the UK communication and marketing strategies 

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience and a proven track record in all aspects of the UK’s IT channel. They will possess excellent communication skills with an ability to organise dealer programmes and demonstrate a commitment to assisting our dealer community. A strong IT skill set in Microsoft Office is essential and a preference for a background in Internet technology is desirable.

Customer Service Person

Synaxon UK Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Customer Service Person
Reporting directly to the office manager this role is to support and to sell services or products to our partner members by means of both inbound and outbound telephone communications.  
Key Objectives:
• Answer general inbound telephone calls, rerouting or taking appropriate action.
• Achieve sales targets in sell-in of service or offering to partner members.
• Make appropriate communications (by mail, e-mail & telephone) with vendors for the submission of product selections for inclusion within STP mailers. 
• Assist office manager in general office duties. 
• Make appointments for and manage channel managers electronic diary.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of working in a telephone sales or customer service environment. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, good communication skills and an enthusiastic flexible approach are all essential elements for this role.
